Live Like Lou
As the social media intern for Live Like Lou, I lead communication and social media content efforts for The Lou, a partner workout event on January 25, 2025, aimed at raising $100,000 for Live Like Lou to support impacted ALS families and research funds. In this role, I’ve implemented a comprehensive social media strategy and onboarding process to boost event awareness and registration.

My strategies have included success by:

Creating collaborative content to broaden outreach, raise ALS awareness and engage our audience to register and fundraise for The Lou 2025.

Managing communications across Instagram, email and in-person meetings with partner gyms.

Expanding reach during National Caregivers Month by partnering with The Karegiver (Karen Vick), a well-known ALS caregiver advocate, resulting in a 4% follower increase and a high-engagement reel that reached 19.5K views, surpassing our average of 500 views per reel.
